Facts about Goat Milk

I will be writing facts about goat milk vs. cows milk. We have always believed that goat's milk is better for you but here are some facts:
1). The fat globules are finer, smaller and stay in emulsion better. Goat milk is naturally homogenized as it leaves the doe.

2). Fat disgestion is easier. Fat digestion is a difficult problem of many infants and adults. When stomach rennin curdles the goat milk, the nutrient-rich fat globules are spread evenly in small particles so there is no occurence of indigestion. A USDA bulletin of 1939 points out that the cow's fat globule is two to five times larger than that of a goat's. Besides this, cow milk fat readily rises and seperates, a condition easily producing stomach upsets.

Watch for more facts about goat's milk about the vitamins that are in the goat's milk that are greater and better for you than cow's milk.
